EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) roof membranes are a type of synthetic rubber single-ply roofing material widely used on the flat (low-slope) roofs found on commercial buildings.
EPDM is the second most popular type of single-ply roofing in North America today. EPDM is a durable, waterproof, elastomeric, and highly flexible membrane material which is well-suited for use as a single-ply roofing material for many reasons.
